You Matter is responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with our business according to current personal data legislation. By controller is meant the person who determines the purpose of the processing of personal data and which aids are to be used. It is the controller who has overall responsibility for the processing of your personal data.

Personal data means information that can be linked to a natural person, for example information about name, place of residence, telephone number and e-mail address. Processing refers to any use of personal data, such as e.g. collection, registration, compilation, storage and delivery.

The information is stored until you yourself request that it be deleted or that it has been inactive for 2 years, unless otherwise required by law.

Disclosure of information to third parties?
The personal data is not shared with external third parties, unless you wish to use payment offers from our subcontractors such as Stripe or PayPal. These subcontractors may process personal data on our behalf.
If we were to hand over personal data to organizations that perform services on our behalf, we will require that the service providers only use such personal data for the purpose of providing such services to us and we will obtain the guarantees deemed necessary for the protection of your personal data for that purpose.
All third parties who receive personal data from us are obliged to follow our standards for the processing of personal data or similar standards, as well as obligations arising from the privacy legislation in force at any time.
If it is required by law or there is a suspicion that an offense has been committed in connection with the use of our services, personal data we have stored about you may be handed over to public authorities.

If a person or an organization misuses personal data they have received to assist with the delivery of our services and websites, this will be considered a serious breach for which we will be able to take appropriate action, including termination of agreements between us and the individual organization.
