Terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions for Purchase
Pedersen Interaktiv, hereafter called You Matter, ensures simplicity, security, and no unpleasant surprises when making purchases. Below, you will find our complete terms of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers and Courses with Announced Withdrawal Rights
For courses advertised with a 14-day open purchase (right of withdrawal), this withdrawal period applies from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated that it begins 14 days from the course start date. For digital content that is delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once you have received access, If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires. Refunds will be made within one week of the withdrawal date. Refunds are processed to the same account from which payment was made. Different withdrawal periods may apply if specified. If you do not provide notice within the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal will expire, and no refund will be issued.
Please note that the Right of Withdrawal Act applies only to consumers and not to individuals who primarily act in the course of business. If you purchase our courses/packages aimed at developing business concepts or marketing, we consider that you are acting as part of business operations.

Right of Withdrawal for Business Customers: Courses, Consultations, and Membership Services
Our membership services, courses, and consultations sold to the business market do not include a right of withdrawal unless specified by the seller or included in the purchasing process. Any withdrawal period will only apply under the conditions provided during the purchase process or on the purchase page.
